Family owned and operated since 1991, Savoy reflects a pride of ownership that you will be proud to share with your friends, family and fellow residents. Many of our residents have been with us over 8-10 years!

Savoy is a cozy seventeen (17) unit garden apartment complex, strategically located in Old Town Scottsdale, Arizona, walking distance to the trendy Scottsdale Waterfront Restaurant, Bar & Entertainment District, the Main Street shops and art galleries as well as Scottsdale Stadium, spring training home of the San Francisco Giants.

All homes face our over sized pool and overlook a wonderful landscaped courtyard. Enjoy a refreshing swim, work on that tan on our chaise lounges or simply unwind after a hard day with a sunset BBQ and cocktails by the pool.
