* Completely filled out app

* Copies of pay stubs, last 2 months

* Clean, readable copy of driver's license and SS Card

* $50 application fee per person (Paid through Zelle, non refundable regardless if applicant is approved or not. Zelle details will be provided once all requested documentation is in hand).

Once you have all of this assembled, contact us to discuss getting the application process underway.
